Jet Privato Albania (“we”, jetprivatoalbania.com) is an independent private jet brokerage for flights to and from Albania. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and your rights under the EU GDPR. It's written to be read by humans.
1. Who is the data controller
The controller is the operator of Jet Privato Albania, reachable via WhatsApp at +39 351 476 6918 or email at starthubproject1@gmail.com. Your flight contract is always directly with the licensed air operator you choose.
2. What data this website collects
Almost none. This is a static website: no contact forms, no user accounts, no newsletters. We use no advertising pixels, remarketing tags or third-party analytics that profile you. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and operational purposes; these are retained briefly and never used for marketing.
3. What happens when you contact us on WhatsApp or email
Tapping a WhatsApp button opens a chat with our number (+39 351 476 6918) on WhatsApp, a service of Meta Platforms, whose privacy policy then also governs that conversation — we invite you to read it. Writing to starthubproject1@gmail.com routes your email through the mail provider's servers under its own terms. In both cases we process what you voluntarily share — typically name, routing, dates, passenger count and preferences — for one purpose only: sourcing operator quotes and arranging your flight. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. Passenger details
For a confirmed flight, operators require passenger details as per aviation rules (names, documents). These are collected and processed by the operating carrier under their own privacy obligations; we transmit only what you provide us for the booking, only to the operator you contracted.
5. Who we share data with
Only with the operator(s) needed to quote and perform your flight — routing, dates and passenger details go to whoever must evaluate and operate the booking. We never sell data, never share it with advertisers, never add you to marketing lists.
6. What we don't collect
We don't take payments, so we never see card data. We don't request special-category data beyond what you share voluntarily. Please don't send sensitive documents via WhatsApp or email unless required for a confirmed booking.
7. Cookies
This site uses no profiling cookies, so no cookie banner is legally required. Any cookies present are strictly technical (hosting, security) and don't identify you for marketing.
8. Retention
Conversations related to a quote or flight are kept for the time needed to perform them and for statutory retention obligations. Conversations that don't lead to a booking can be deleted on your request at any time.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, at any time.
